These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute the entire and exclusive legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and okygame ("okygame", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of the website okygame.net and all associated services, products, features, and content made available through the platform.

By registering an account, logging in to an existing account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the okygame platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by them. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, and references to "you" shall include that person.

okygame reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To be eligible to register and use the okygame platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gambling law for casino-style gaming activities;
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law at the time you access the platform;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction that restricts or prohibits online gambling and where access to okygame is blocked or unlawful;
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not on behalf of a commercial entity for business purposes;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or director of okygame, nor an immediate family member of such a person;
• You have not been self-excluded or excluded by okygame from using the platform, and you are not subject to any active exclusion order relating to gambling;
• You are of sound mind and are not acting under the influence of substances that impair your judgment.

okygame reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension pending review.

To access the full features of the okygame platform, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, contact number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the okygame platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different email addresses or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts identified through okygame's verification systems will be closed, and any funds or winnings in those accounts may be forfeited at okygame's discretion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, permit any third party to access or use your account, or use any third party's account. okygame will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

You must notify okygame immediately via the live chat support function if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or believe your credentials have been compromised.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations under PAGCOR oversight, okygame may at any time request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, residential address, or the source of funds used on the platform. Acceptable documents include a government-issued Philippine ID (PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, UMID, SSS ID, or equivalent), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and, where applicable, bank account or e-wallet ownership confirmation.

All financial transactions on the okygame platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). okygame does not accept deposits in or process withdrawals in any foreign currency.

okygame currently accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, Metrobank online banking, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Available deposit methods are displayed in the cashier section of your account and may be updated by okygame from time to time.

Deposits are generally credited to your okygame account balance in real time, subject to processing times of the respective payment provider. okygame is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed;
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified method linked to your account;
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed in the cashier;
• Any active bonus funds must be wagered through in accordance with applicable bonus terms before a withdrawal request is accepted;
• okygame reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on withdrawal requests exceeding specified amounts.

okygame does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which okygame bears no responsibility. Players are advised to review applicable fees with their GCash, Maya, or bank provider independently.

okygame offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bingo cards, and seasonal promotions tied to Philippine events and holidays. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the individual promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and may not be withdrawn directly. Only winnings derived from wagering bonus funds — once wagering requirements are met — become eligible for withdrawal;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each promotion. Bonus funds not wagered through within the validity period will expire and be removed from your account;
• Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Live casino games, slots, bingo, and arcade titles may each carry different contribution rates as specified in the individual promotion terms;
• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. okygame reserves the right to apply this restriction at its sole discretion;

Systematic or fraudulent exploitation of the bonus system, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.

The okygame platform offers a range of gaming products including live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo), slots, bingo, jackpot bingo, arcade games, and sports betting. Each product category and individual game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface or the relevant section of the platform.

All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) in the case of software-based games, or by real-time live dealer mechanics in the case of live casino products. okygame uses games supplied by licensed and regulated third-party providers whose products have been independently tested for fairness and randomness.

With respect to sports betting, okygame reserves the right to:

• Suspend, void, or refuse any bet placed in error, including bets placed at clearly incorrect odds;
• Void bets on events that are cancelled, postponed, or abandoned where no result is officially declared;
• Apply maximum bet limits and payout caps as published in the sportsbook house rules;
• Settle bets in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing sports body.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system failure, or communication disruption during a game session or betting event, okygame reserves the right to declare affected rounds void. Any stakes wagered in a void round will be returned to the player's cash balance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okygame platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during your use of the platform;
• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age;
• Opening or using more than one account on the platform;
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner not explicitly authorised by okygame;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities — any such discovery must be reported to okygame immediately via support;
• Engaging in charge-backs or reversals of legitimate transactions through your payment provider;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform's systems or infrastructure;
• Facilitating access to the platform by any person known to be excluded or ineligible.

okygame cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies in the Philippines, including PAGCOR, in investigating suspected prohibited conduct. Funds in accounts under investigation may be suspended pending the outcome of any such investigation.

All content on the okygame platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, written content, software, and underlying code — is the intellectual property of okygame or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content; use any data mining, scraping, or extraction tools on the platform; or remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights notices from platform content.

Any unauthorised use of okygame's intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okygame, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the okygame platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the platform;
• Loss of data, profit, or goodwill;
• Service interruptions, server downtime, or maintenance periods;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to secure your credentials;
• Errors or inaccuracies in game outcomes that have been confirmed as correctly resolved by the platform's certified RNG or live dealer systems.

okygame's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the platform in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit okygame's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory applicable Philippine law.

okygame collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at okygame.net/privacy-policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

okygame collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity and age verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and responsible gaming monitoring. okygame does not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

okygame processes personal data in accordance with the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the implementing rules and regulations of the National Privacy Commission (NPC).

Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment, not as a means to generate income. okygame urges all players to gamble responsibly, set personal limits, and never wager more than they can comfortably afford to lose.

okygame provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible through the account settings section:

okygame reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion;
• Account found to belong to an ineligible or underage player;
• Receipt of a charge-back instruction from your payment provider;
• Compliance with any order, instruction, or request from PAGCOR or other competent Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• Protection of the platform's integrity or the interests of other players.

Upon account termination for reasons other than fraud or breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any required verification steps. Where termination results from fraud or material breach, okygame reserves the right to forfeit all balances.

You may close your okygame account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable period, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned following final verification.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, applicable Republic Acts governing data privacy, consumer protection, and online gaming, and the rules and regulations of PAGCOR.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, interpretation, breach, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of any such proceeding.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact okygame's customer support team to seek resolution of any dispute through good-faith discussion. For regulatory complaints, players may also escalate matters to PAGCOR through the appropriate channels.

okygame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, okygame will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via in-platform notification, email, or a prominent notice on the website prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued access to or use of the okygame platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those revisions.

If you do not agree to any revised version of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and contact customer support to close your account.
